Company Meat Balls

Ingredients

Ground beef 1/2 Pound
Lean ground pork 1/2 Pound
Egg 1 , slightly beaten
Day old bread crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
White pepper 1/5 Teaspoon
Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
Fat/Oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a large bowl, add together beef, lean pork, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt, white pepper and minced onion. Mix well.

2) Shape the above mixture for form about 12 to 14 meatballs of 1 1/2" diameter.

3) Into a skillet, pour fat or oil. Heat over flame flame. Once the oil is hot, drop in the meatballs.

4) Cook them for about 20 to 30 minutes.

5) Place on paper towels to drain well.

SERVING

6) Serve the Company Meatballs hot.
