Cocktail Party Meatballs

Ingredients

Fat free cottage cheese 1/3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
Egg whites 2
Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Plain dry bread crumbs 10 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
Ground turkey breast 8 Ounce
Turkey sausage 6 Ounce , removed from casings if necessary
Minced onions 2 Tablespoon
Minced green peppers 2 Tablespoon
Snipped fresh parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced celery leaves 1/3 Cup (4.8 tbs)

Directions

Spray a cookie sheet with no-stick spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, egg whites, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.

Stir in the turkey breast, turkey sausage, onions and green peppers.

Shape the poultry mixture into 32 meatballs.

On a sheet of wax paper, combine the parsley, celery leaves and remaining 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.

Roll the meatballs in the parsley mixture until coated evenly.

Preheat the broiler.

Transfer the meatballs to the prepared cookie sheet.

Broil 3" to 4" from the heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned on all sides and no longer pink in the center, turning occasionally.

Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
