Meat And Mushroom Melts - Cripsy Ball With A Soft Center!

Meat and Mushrooms are a marriage made in heaven. Using the blend and extend technique, Mushrooms are blended together with ground meat to make it more flavourful and economical. The inspiration for this recipe came from the Dutch treat Bitterballen.


Ground beef 8 Ounce
Finely chopped mushrooms 8 Ounce
Finely diced red onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , crushed
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Butter stick 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 stick)
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Beef stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Beaten eggs 3
Breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
