Pepper Jack Meatballs

Ingredients

Ground beef 1 Pound
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
Crushed red pepper 1 Pinch
Canned cream of mushroom soup 26 Ounce , divided (1 can)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided
Pepper jack cheese slices 3
Egg noodles 12 Ounce
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

Cook and drain noodles according to package instructions.

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic salt, crushed pepper and mix well.

In a crockpot, combine half of cream of mushroom soup and milk.

Make meatballs with a piece of pepper jack cheese in it as shown in the video.

Place meatballs into crockpot and pour remaining mushroom soup and milk over it.

Cover with lid and cook for 2 hours.

SERVING:

Serve meatballs with sauce over noodles and enjoy!
