Chipotle Mango Meatballs are perfect if you are planning a holiday party, and so easy to do. Bring a little summertime mango into your wintertime enjoyment!
Beef meatballs | 26 Ounce (packaged meatballs used) | |
Barbecue sauce | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Mango | 2 Large , peeled, pitted and cut into cubes | |
Chipotle seasoning mix | 1 Teaspoon (dried chipotle seasoning used) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
MAKING
3. Bake the meatballs according to package directions.
4. In a medium saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, mango cubes and chipotle seasoning; stir to blend. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
SERVING
6. Serve warm.
