Betty's Appetizer Ham Ball

Betty demonstrates how to make an Appetizer Ham Ball. This is a dramatic and flavorful dip to serve with assorted crackers.


Deviled ham 8 1/2 Ounce
Pimiento stuffed green olives
Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon (yellow)
Hot sauce To Taste
Cream cheese 3 Ounce , softened



In a small bowl, blend ham, olives, mustard, and hot sauce using a fork. 

Form a ball on center of a chip and dip plate and chill. 

When ham ball has chilled enough to hold its shape, beat softened cream cheese and milk on medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. 

Frost chilled ham ball with cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle frosted ham ball with finely chopped fresh parsley. 


Serve with assorted crackers.
