Delicious baked turkey meatballs make a versatile and quick dinner! These turkey meatballs are lean and healthy and can be used for spaghetti or just on their own.
Ground turkey breast | 1 Pound | |
Egg | 1 | |
Finely grated carrot/Sweet potato | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Oatmeal/Breadcrumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
Parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced | |
Grated parmesan | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey breast, egg, grated carrot, oatmeal, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese. Mix well until well combined.
Place portions of mixture on tray and pop into oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
