How to Make Apricot Mustard Moinkballs - English Grill and BBQ

Mouth watering, succulent appetizer for your next party or get together.


Ground beef 700 Gram
Bacon slices 20
Apricot puree 200 Milliliter (Mashed apricots)
Barbecue rub 2 Tablespoon (Carolina mustard rub)
Barbecue sauce/Glaze 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Preheat the grill.



2. Mix mashed apricot with mustard barbecue rub. Pour this over ground beef and blend it all well.

3. Make small moinkballs of beef.

4. Wrap a bacon slice around each moinkball. Grill the balls for about 50 minutes.

6. Brush the balls with the barbecue sauce all over. Pull it out when done.



7. Insert a toothpick in each ball, arrange on a platter and serve.
