Betty's Turkey Gravy -- Thanksgiving

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Turkey Gravy. This gravy was made from the turkey broth of the Slow Cooker Turkey legs in the previous video. The recipe will work with any turkey broth.

Ingredients

Turkey broth 4 Cup (64 tbs) (3
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for thinning gravy, if needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a heavy pot, pour turkey broth and place on stove.

2. In a small cup, mix flour into milk. Add to turkey broth. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until gravy is thickened and bubbly.

3. Add water as desired, if gravy is too thick. Remove gravy from heat and pour into serving bowl.

SERVING

4. Serve immediately with Turkey legs.
