How to make an Eye of Round Roast

You can make an Eye of Round roast very easily. This takes just a couple of ingredients. An eye of round roast, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You don't need to marinade your roast ahead of time, simply let the oven do the cooking.


Eye of round roast 3 Pound
Truffle oil 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1. Preheat the oven to 350F.


2. On a baking tray, place the meat with the flat side up, drizzle with truffle and olive oil, rub to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Bake at 350F for about 2 hours and 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140F.


4. Serve with salad and your choice of beverage.
