You can make your own homemade turkey gravy, it is easy to do. You just need some turkey pan drippings, broth, flour, and some milk or heavy cream. Don't buy gravy in a jar, make your own.

MAKING
1. Heat a skillet with the turkey fat from the pan drippings.
2. Add the flour and stir well to combine. The roux should be cooked well for a few minutes at this stage.
3. Gradually, start adding the broth, a cup at a time. Keep stirring to incorporate the roux and the broth together.
4. The flour and broth mixture should be allowed to simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add the heavy cream before taking off the heat and mix it in.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
SERVING
7. Serve on the side with your roast turkey.
