No salt added catsup 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Salt free steak sauce 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Ginger root 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Salt free 14 herb and spice seasoning blend 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , finely chopped
Liquid red pepper seasoning 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground hot red pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Baby back spareribs 4 Pound , halved crosswise

1) Take a small bowl and combine steak sauce, catsup, ginger, cider vinegar, garlic, liquid red pepper seasoning, seasoning blend and ground hot red pepper. Blend all the ingredients nicely.

2) Take a large, shallow roasting pan and place ribs in it. Brush them with barbecue sauce and cover. Let stand for about 2 hours. In case you wish to marinate the ribs longer, place them in the refrigerator.

3) Either prepare a hot fire or set an electric or gas grill on high following manufacturer-€™s instructions.

4) Place ribs on heavy-duty aluminum foil of double thickness and brush with some of the sauce.

5) Securely wrap ribs in foil

6) Grill the ribs for about 30-40 minutes, turning the packet only once. Unwrap the packet and brush with additional barbecue sauce. Grill for another 10 minutes or until ribs turn crisp and brown.

7) Serve cooked ribs with coleslaw made from plain low-fat yogurt and additional salt-free 14 herb and spice seasoning blend.
