GETTING READY:
Soak German pork meat in craft beer for 4 hours.
Preheat smoker.
MAKING:
In a small bowl, combine salt and ground cumin.
Rub the spice mixture over pat dried meat.
Place meat on grill rack and cook until internal temperature reaches 60°C.
Once done cook until crust turns dark.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
