Soak German pork meat in craft beer for 4 hours.
In a small bowl, combine salt and ground cumin.
Rub the spice mixture over pat dried meat.
Place meat on grill rack and cook until internal temperature reaches 60C.
Once done cook until crust turns dark.
Serve and enjoy!
