This is the second and final installment of our Traeger Grills collab. Here are two recipes, BBQ Ribs and BBQ Chicken. They're not too hard and they taste amazing. Smoking does take some patience but it's well worth it.

Pork rib 2 , trimmed
Bbq rub 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sweet vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Apple ale beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chicken 1 Pound

1. Mix the rub with the sweet vinegar to make a wet rub.

2. Rub it all over the rib and chicken and let it marinate overnight.

3. Prepare the grill for smoking.

4. Place the ribs on the smoker.

5. Mix apple ale with apple cider vinegar to make a basting mix.

6. Baste the ribs and smoke for 3 hours.

7. Place the chicken on the grill alongside ribs and smoke for additional 2 hours.

8. Let the meat rest for sometime.

9. Slice and serve the meat. Enjoy!!
