Entrana | 1 Kilogram , cut into small pieces | |
Bacon slices | 12 | |
For dip: | ||
Chipotle in adobo | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cream cheese | 3 Tablespoon | |
Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Eschalot | 1 , finely chopped |
MAKING:
Roll the bacon slices over small pieces of entranas as shown in the video.
For sauce, combine, chipotle, cream cheese, mustard and eschalot.
Place the skewers on grill for 3-4 minutes as shown in the video.
Spoon dip over grilled skewers.
Once done, remove the skewers.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
