Surf Turf or Steak Lobster on the grill can bring terror to the eyes of some outdoor cooks. We eliminate the fear with this very simple recipe using minimal cooking steps on the grill, you will soon be able to master Surf Turf any time any place! Of course using the Grill Dome makes it even easier. Grass feed Filet Mignon from GreensBury Market was simply the most tender beef I have ever eaten!

Ingredients

Lobster tail 16 Ounce (4 in number, 4 ounce each)
Filet mignon raw 2
Sea salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill dome to about 400 F.

MAKING

2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill, sear it for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides.

3. Meanwhile, cut the back of the lobster tail all the way till the end, press it in the palm and open it up. Take out the meat without detaching it completely and place it over the tail shell. Set it aside.

4. Brush the lobster tail with butter. Season them with salt.

5. Pull out the steak when done (adjust the timings as per your requirement).

6. Place the lobster tails on the grill. Cook them up for a few minutes and pull them out.

SERVING

7. Plate lobster tails and steak with rice and broccoli. Serve and enjoy!
