Betty's Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise. This recipe was inspired by a trip to Malone's Restaurant, where Betty and Rick had lunch, and Betty ordered a Chicken Sandwich, dressed with coleslaw and Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise.


Ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bourbon whiskey 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)



1. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mayonnaise together until smooth.

2. Add bourbon whisky and stir well.


3. Use immediately as a spread for sandwich or burger, or cover and refrigerate for later use.
