|Raw cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Toasted sesame oil||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Black sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients (except black sesame seeds) in a Vitamix high-speed blender until creamy smooth., Pour mayo mixture into a bowl and manually stir in the black sesame seeds with a spoon.
This is to die for. I absolutely love it. You can use it as a dip, dressing or as a replacement for tartar sauce or regular mayonnaise when making veggie or un-crab burgers. This is also great when making a collard wrap, which you fill with julienned vegetables, and use this as a dip on the inside of the wrap as well as the outside.
