Home Made Mayonnaise is a simplified version of the classic condiment recipe. Egg yolks are combined with salt, mustard and lemon juice, then beaten in the food processor with oil until thick and creamy. With no added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and quick enough to make in minutes, this home made version is simply sensational. Youll never go back to store bought mayo again - give it a go!


Egg yolks 2
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Canola oil/Vegetable oil 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , chilled



In a food processor combine salt, egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and process for 10 seconds.

Switch on food processor and add chilled oil slowly.



Serve and enjoy!
