Homemade Mayonnaise- How To Make Aioli

Homemade mayonnaise or aioli in the blender!

Ingredients

Egg yolks 2 (at room temperature)
Fresh garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Lemon juice/White wine vinegar / champagne vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil/A combination of olive and another vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a blender, combine egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and blend until creamy.

2.Add oil in low speed and blend until smooth and thick.

3.Store in refrigerator until serving.

SERVING:

4.Serve and enjoy!

NOTE:

Can be stored upto 2 weeks in an airtight container.
