Meetha Paan Masala

Pan masala is a mixture of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices which is served after meals in India. Paan is a preparation combining betel leaf with areca nut(aka Sopari), catechu(aka Katho) and sometimes also with tobacco, but I am showing Mitho Pan Masala here.

Ingredients

Cashews 2 Pound (Raw & Unsalted)
Fennel seeds 1 Pound (fine variety)
Sunflower seeds 2 Pound (roasted, unsalted)
Pumpkin seeds 2 Pound
Raisins 1 Pound
Dried papaya 2 Pound
Dried pineapple 2 Pound
Dried dates 1 Pound
Dried coconut 2 Pound (Ground and sugar free)
Tutti frutti 1 Pound
Glazed cherries 1 Pound
Rose essence 1 Bottle (1 l)
Gulkand 5 Bottle (5 l)
Yellow food color To Taste
