Earl's steak rub and marinade, takes your grilling to that next level... beyond your neighbor - Enough for 6 steaks


Extra virgin olive oil 100 Milliliter
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 25 Gram
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Fresh basil 8 Gram , roughly chopped
Fresh rosemary 5 Gram , finely chopped
Parsley 5 Gram , chopped finely
Dried porcini 5 Gram , pulverized
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon



1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, parsley, basil, rosemary, cayenne, porcini, and garlic. Whisk well.


2. Rub steak with marinade, pop it in refrigerator for up to 24 hour. Grill and serve hot!
