Making marinates and dressing from scratch means that you have complete control over the ingredients, allowing you to be adventurous in the kitchen, and put your own spin on your dishes. I love using Clementine as they have an extra sweetness to them, and since they are available all year round, you can make this dressing anytime of year.

Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Clementines 5 (juiced)
Fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon (grated)
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (grated)
Fresh cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon

1.To a mixing glass or bowl juice 5 Citrines Clementines and add the juice.

2.Add the olive oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, ginger, garlic, cilantro and sesame seeds to the juice and then mix until fully blended.

3. Serve as desired.
