Steak Marinade


Salad oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lime juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red wine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1/4 Teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Medium , minced



1) Combine all the ingredients together and blend them properly.

2) In a shallow pan, place the steak and pour the mixture all over the top of the steak.

3) Let the steak stand in the refrigerator for nealry 5 hours, or overnight if required.

4) During the period of soaking, turn the steak once.


6) Serve or use as required.
