Steak and Ale Kensington Club Marinade

Are you looking for a great Steak Marinade? Have you tried the Steak and Ale Kensington Club Marinade? This is a super easy recipe. You can use this for beef or chicken.


Pineapple juice 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (light soy sauce is ok)
Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red wine vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon



Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Add up to five pounds of meat to the marinade.

Ideally allow meat to marinade for 4 hours at a minimum. Up to 24 hours is best.
