Cheese Macaroni Loaf

Broken macaroni 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Onion 2 Teaspoon , chopped
Green pepper 1 Tablespoon
Fat 2 Tablespoon
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated
Milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Egg 1
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Buttered crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees


2.In a pot, cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender

3.Also cook parsley, onion and green pepper in fat until tender

4.Drain water from macaroni

5.In buttered baking dish, place a layer of macaroni then add a layer of onion mixture and cheese

6.Repeat until dish is full

7.Pour over it the milk mixed with egg and salt

8.Cover with buttered crumbs and brown in hot oven


9.Serve with sauce
