Cheese Macaroni

Cheese Macaroni is a well loved dish that is often made again and again at my home. Try this Cheese Macaroni recipe for yourself and you will understand why it is so addictive!


Macaroni 200 Gram
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Pepper white 1/2 Teaspoon
Butter 50 Gram
Onion 1/2
Flour 10 Teaspoon
Cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Milk 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste



1 Preheat the oven moderately to 350F.

2 Lightly grease a pie dish


3 In a bowl, break the macaroni into small pieces.

4 In a pan, boil the macaroni in salted water, until tender.

5 Drain well and rinse with cold water.

6 In a pan, heat the butter.

7 Add in chopped onion and flour, cook for 1 minute.

8 Add in the milk and stir till a little thick.

9 Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well.

10 Stir in the boiled macaroni, a little grated cheese and cream and cook for a few minutes.

11 Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.

12 Place in the oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown.


13 Serve hot.
