Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

Uncooked macaroni 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Prepared mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Tomato slices 6

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Take a conventional range and follow the instructions to cook macaroni.

MAKING

2. Take a casserole, melt butter for about 30 seconds, stir in Worcestershire, flour, pepper, mustard and salt, cook, without covering, for 30 seconds.

3. Add milk, cook, without covering, stirring intermittently, for about 3 minutes.

4. Mix in 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese and stir, for about 30 seconds, till cheese melts.

5. Stir in cooked macaroni to the sauce.

6. Top with crumbs, remaining cheese, parsley and tomato slices.

7. Cook, without covering, for about 4 minutes or till macaroni is hot and cheese melts.

8. Cook for about 4 more minutes.

SERVING

9. Serve hot.
