Three Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

Macaroni 1 Pound
Sweet butter 3 Tablespoon
Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
White pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook macaroni about 12 minutes, until al dente. Drain.

2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

3. In a casserole, toss macaroni with butter. Stir in cheeses, cream, salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 20 minutes, until top is golden brown.
