Four Cheese Macaroni

Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce
Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
Swiss cheese 4 Ounce (Preferably Gruyere)
Parmesan cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Macaroni 3/4 Pound
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste


Finely dice half of each cheese and grate the other half of each cheese.

Add Parmesan to grated cheese.

Keep diced and grated cheeses separate.

Cook in boiling salted water until firm to the bite (al dente).

Drain and place in a serving dish.

Add the diced cheeses and half of the grated cheeses, and toss well.

Add to above and mix quickly.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheeses on top.

Dribble butter over top
