Panera Bread recently revamped their recipe for macaroni and cheese. It's completely delicious and it was time for a copycat recipe.
Shell pasta | 1 Pound , cooked according to the package directions | |
White american cheese | 1 Pound | |
Shredded sharp cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (white) | |
Milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Dijon mustard | 2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
In a pot, add American cheese and cook until it melts.
Slowly stir in milk and once combined, add white sharp cheese.
Add Dijon mustard and stir well.
Add cooked pasta and stir well.
SERVING:
Serve immediately and enjoy!
