In the first episode of their new series canapes and cocktails Made in Chelsea sisters Olivia Newman-Young and Fran Newman-Young show you how to make BLT Mac and cheese in Parmesan cups, perfect for a dinner party and to impress your friends and family.

Plain flour | 40 Gram | |
Whole milk | 600 Milliliter | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
English mustard powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cheddar | 250 Gram | |
Parmesan | 350 Gram | |

Streaky bacon rashers | 4 | |
Fresh spinach | 40 Gram |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
MAKING
For Parmesan Cups
1. Spread 300 grams of grated parmesan in thick discs over parchment paper lined baking tray.
2. Pat them down and bake the discs over 200 C for 4 minutes or so.
3. Quickly remove the parmesan crisps from the parchment paper. Wrap it around the mould and let it cool.
For Macaroni
4. Heat butter in a pan.
5. Saute garlic. Add mustard powder and flour, stir it up.
6. Slowly add the milk,keep stirring.
7. Drop in cheddar cheese and mix that in.
8. Add macaroni followed by most of the bacon and spinach. Fold everything together.
9. Transfer the macaroni to a baking dish. Garnish with 35 grams of parmesan.
10. Bake for 20 minutes.
FINALISING
11. Remove the parmesan cups from the mould. Line them with some spinach leaves.
12. Take a cookie cutter and cut out portions of macaroni. Place cut out macaroni in the parmesan cups.
SERVING
13. Garnish with bacon and serve.
