Soybean Millet Loaf

Ingredients

Soybeans 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cooked and mashed
Cooked millet 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable broth powder 1 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven at 350°

2. Grease a loaf pan.

MAKING

3. In a bowl mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and press into the greased pan.

4. If desired, pour tomato sauce over loaf or catsup (for a spicier topping) and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING

5. Serve the loaf after slicing as snack or use for sandwiches.
