Cheese Sausage Sandwich Loaf

Ingredients

Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chilled and diced
Green onions 5 , cut in 1
Diced green pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Diced Medium)
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Blender Made)
Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Vienna bread loaf 1
Bologna slice/Other favored cold cuts 12

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

MAKING

2. In a food processor, grate cheese, until it is coarsely chopped. Run the food processor for about 8 seconds. Grate only ½ cup of cheese at a time. Add the grated cheese to a bowl.

3. In a food processor, grate green pepper and onions, until it is coarsely chopped by running the processor blades for about 5 seconds. Blend in mustard, mayonnaise and cheese.

4. Cut the bread into cross wise manner such that the bottom crust measures 1 /2 or ¾ inch

5. Spread cheese mixture over the surface of bread slices or slits.

6. Add a slice of cold cut or bologna in each wrap loaf in aluminum foil.

7. Bake the loaf for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts.

SERVING

8. Serve after cutting through bottom crust on sides of filled sections to make a sandwich.
