Stale bread slices 4 , soaked
Hamburger meat 2 Pound
Eggs 2
Green bell pepper 1/2 , finely chopped
Onion 1 , finely chopped
Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
Ground pepper 2 Teaspoon
Seasoning 2 Teaspoon (Lawry’s Seasoning)
Canned milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomato sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mustard sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.



In a large mixing bowl, add in the hamburger meat, bread slices, eggs, green bell pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, pepper, seasoning salt. Mix with hands.

Add in the milk and tomato sauce and mix again.

Divide the batch into two equal portions and place over a large pyrex pan, mold each section into even loaves.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

For the glaze – In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients thoroughly.

Generously pour the glaze over the top of the meatloaves and place back in the oven for 30 more minutes.



Slice the meatloaf and serve with some salad.
