Ginger Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps

A delicious wrap filled with Asian flavors.


Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ground chicken/Ground turkey 1 Pound
Ginger teriyaki stir fry sauce
Iceburg lettuce leaves 6 Large (or 12 Bibb lettuce leaves)
For topping
Carrot 1 Tablespoon , shredded (as desired)
Bean sprouts 1 Tablespoon (as desired)
Chow mein noodles 1 Tablespoon (as desired)
Chopped peanuts 1 Tablespoon (as desired)
Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon , chopped (as desired)
Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon (as desired)



1. Place a large non-stick skillet on medium high flame, and heat oil in it.

2. Drop ground chicken, stir and cook for 5 minutes or until done.

3. Pour ginger teriyaki sauce, and cook until heated through.


4. On a serving platter, lay lettuce leaf and spoon chicken mixture into the center.

5. Top it with shredded carrot, beans sprouts, noodles, peanuts, cilantro, and green onion. Repeat for other lettuce leaves.


6. Serve ginger teriyaki lettuce wraps immediately.


You can serve it with any topping as per your choice.
