Browned Butter Wilted Lettuce


Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)


Place lettuce in salad bowl.

Sprinkle with chives.

Heat butter until it melts and foams and browns watch carefully, do not let it burn.

Pour hot butter over lettuce and chives.

Toss lightly.

Serve at once.
