Raw Ginger Goji Berry Lemonade

Ingredients

Goji berry 2 Tablespoon (dried goji berries, rinsed and soaked in water for 4 to 8 hours)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon , freshly squeezed
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon , sliced
Sea salt 1 Pinch
Yacon syrup 1 Tablespoon (optional) (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1) In a blender, add the goji berries, water, sea salt, lemon juice, ginger and yacon syrup (optional).

2) Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

SERVING

3) Pour the ginger goji berry lemonade into glasses and serve.
