This recipe is sure to please everyone. The best of both worlds, Mexico and Italy collide in this easy to prepare dish. Made with a delicious homemade taco spice.
Lasagna sheets | 8 | |
Red onion | 1 , chopped | |
Ground beef | 2 Pound (regular or medium) | |
Garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
Taco spice | 10 Teaspoon | |
Salsa | 6 Tablespoon (Any favorite) | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salsa | 800 Milliliter | |
Grated cheese | 400 Gram | |
Crushed tortilla chips | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Tomato | 1 Small , cut in small cubes |
GETTING READY
1.In a pan heat oil.
2.Simultaneously take another pan wide enough to hold lasagna sheets and fill it with water, add lasagna sheets and boil it.
3.Saute the onion in the pan with oil. Add ground beef, garlic paste and Taco Spice. Mix it well.
4.While the meat is browning add salsa, water and salt. Cover and cook it.
5. In a dish add a layer of the meat mix. Place lasagna sheets over it and add salsa and grated cheese. Then place lasagna sheet, meat mix, salsa and grated cheese.
MAKING
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Over the baked lasagna add tortilla chips, grated cheese, salsa and tomato. Place it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve and enjoy.
