Lamb Parmesan

Ingredients

Lamb chops 16 Ounce
Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Olive oil 4 Ounce
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ground pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill.

MAKING

2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except meat.

3. Place the lamb in cheese mixture and toss to cover meat.

4. Allow to marinate set for at least 1 hour at room temp.

5. Grill the lamb chop for about 20 min. until internal temperature is 170 F.

SERVING

6. Serve hot with mint sauce on side if desired.
