Dinner Recipe: Grilled Herb Lamb Chops

One of my favorite "special" dinner I like to make is lamb chops. Don't be scared to make this, it's actually very easy to make and you will not even BELIEVE how amazing this dinner is!

Ingredients

Lamb chops 8 , pat dried using paper towel
Finely chopped fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) , finely minced
Finely chopped fresh thyme 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat grill to high and keep it ready.

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and mix well.

Sprinkle rub mixture over lamb chops and rub on both sides.

Place on preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes (5 min per side).

Add a drizzle of olive oil to remaining rub.

SERVING:

Serve with rub mixture and enjoy!
