Vinegar and Sugar-Free Ketchup

Ingredients

Tomato paste 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Cumin 1/8 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/8 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING

1) In a blender or food processor, add in the tomato paste, lemon juice, water, salt, oregano, cumin, nutmeg, pepper, dry mustard and garlic powder.

2) Blend the mixture well till smooth.

3) Transfer the sauce into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate till further use.

SERVING

4) Serve the Vinegar And Sugar-Free Ketchup over burgers and alongside, fries, chips etc.
