No Kidding Ketchup


Tomatoes 2 Quart , chopped
Apple cider vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Ground black pepper To Taste
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Mace 1 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Arrowroot 1 Tablespoon



1 In large saucepan, add tomatoes and slowly simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.

2 Cook until tomatoes are soft.

3 Push tomatoes through a fine-mesh sieve until reduced to pulp and seeds.

4 To strained tomatoes, add all the remaining ingredients, except arrowroot,

5 Return the mixture to the saucepan, and simmer for 30 minutes.

6 Combine arrowroot with 2 tablespoons water and add to the mixture if it is too thin.

7 Stir into the tomato mixture and simmer for 5 more minutes.

8 Cool before storing in an airtight jar.


9 Use as desired.
