Deviled Catchup Sauce

Ingredients

Butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Minced onion 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Bottled thick meat sauce 1 Teaspoon
Hot water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and cook until tender and lightly browned.

Stir in flour, then add bouillon cubes dissolved in the boiling water, and all remaining ingredients.

Cook, stirring until thickened.

Serve over broiled chicken, Enough for 2 broilers.
