Here's a nutritious punch for stocking vitamin a and c stores needed for protecting your eyes and skin from harmful substances causing infections.


Mango pieces 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Ice cubes 4 (as needed)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For garnish
Mint leaves 3 (few)



1. In blender, combine mango pieces, pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice along with 2 cups of water and few ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

2. Into 3 individual glasses, pour the juice equally.


3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
