Celery stalk | 4 Medium , cut in half | |
Romaine lettuce | 1/2 Medium | |
Spinach | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Cucumber | 1/2 Medium | |
Lemon | 1 Medium , peeled | |
Ginger | 1 Inch (to taste) | |
Apple | 1 Medium , cored (peeled if not organic) |
MAKING
1. In a juicer add the ingredients one by one, starting with the leafy vegetables and finishing with the apple, and extract the juice. Collect it in a jar.
SERVING
2. Serve the green juice immediately.
