How to Make the Perfect Juice

Carrot 1 Medium
Beet 1 Small , peeled, sliced
Mango 1/2 Medium , peeled
Apple 1/2 Medium , cut into chunks
Spinach leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cleaned
Protein powder 1 Tablespoon (1 packet)



1. In a juicer start with juicing the spinach. Continue with carrot, beet, mango and apple. Collect it in a pitcher or jar.

2. Add the protein powder to the juice and mix well.


3. In a serving glass serve the juice fresh


If juicer is not available vitamix or any other heavy duty blender can be used.

If juice is too sweet add some water to dilute it to taste.
