Blackberries | 12 Ounce | |
Confectioners sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to taste) | |
Lime juice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Club soda/Water | 1 Liter | |
Ice cubes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
For garnish | ||
Blackberries | 4 Medium (Optional) | |
Lime wheel | 4 Medium (Optional) |
MAKING
1. In a blender add blackberries, lime juice and confectioners sugar. Blend till smooth.
2. Strain the puree into a pitcher and discard the pulp and seeds. Slowly pour the club soda into the pitcher and mix well. Taste and adjust the sugar if required.
SERVING
3. In a serving glass put ice cubes and black berry. Pour the cooler to fill the glass and garnish with lime wheel. Serve chilled.
