Betty's Blackberry Lime Cooler

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Blackberry-Lime Cooler. This is a refreshing summertime drink that is non-alcoholic.

Ingredients

Blackberries 12 Ounce
Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to taste)
Lime juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Club soda/Water 1 Liter
Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For garnish
Blackberries 4 Medium (Optional)
Lime wheel 4 Medium (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender add blackberries, lime juice and confectioners sugar. Blend till smooth.

2. Strain the puree into a pitcher and discard the pulp and seeds. Slowly pour the club soda into the pitcher and mix well. Taste and adjust the sugar if required.

SERVING

3. In a serving glass put ice cubes and black berry. Pour the cooler to fill the glass and garnish with lime wheel. Serve chilled.
