It is sure to give you that needed boost in the morning, while protecting you from virus and illness throughout the day.

Ingredients

Filtered water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Carrots 2 Medium
Celery stalk 1 Medium
Apples 2 Medium , core (and halved)
Ginger piece 1/2 Small
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In the vitamix place the filtered water, spinach, carrots, celery stalk, apples, ginger, lemon juice and ice.

2. Start off with speed 1 and slowly increase to speed 10 and then flip to high.

3. Blend until smooth to desired consistency.

SERVING

4. Serve the Green Juice chilled.

NOTE

If using a blendtec use the soup button and blend until smooth.
