How to Make Champagne Jello Shots New Years Collaboration

Fun and easy champagne jello shots made from scratch.


Gelatin 3 Tablespoon
Juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Champagne/Liquor 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1. In a cold pot, shake in the gelatin and pour in the juice.

2. After about 3 minutes, put it over low-medium heat and gently bring it to a boil to dissolve the gelatin.

3. Take it off from the heat and whisk in the sugar. Wait about 3 more minutes. Stir in the champagne.

4. Pour into desired vessels and chilled in the fridge overnight.


5. Serve along with some candies.
